Despite the rain, hail, and snow, Samuel Pilli at Zonzon Inc. along with Kevin Wilson and Isaac Konegni at SERVPRO of Northern Colorado Springs / Tri-Lakes hosted a Hot Apple Cider & Candy Halloween Event at a GrandWest Property managed by Mikayla Keitz last week. It was a one of the best events we have hosted! Residents came together even in the bad weather to hangout, drink some hot apple cider, talk about their childhood memories and share stories—everything from taking in a pet baby chicken that had seizures to the emotional high of witnessing the birth of a grandchild. It was really magical.
Zonzon Inc. and SERVPRO of Northern Colorado Springs / Tri-Lakes also hosted an exciting Halloween Costume & Balcony Contest for an Asset Living property – Volta at Voyager in COS – managed by Kawann Smith and Kara Rodriquez. The contest was for both pets and people, complete with pizza, drinks and lots of candy! 🎉 The residents enjoyed showcasing their creativity, and the top balcony decorations won $100 off their rent! The top three winners of the costume contest walked away with $25 gift cards each, making the night even more memorable.
