Zonzon Child Safety & CSAE Policy

At Zonzon, we are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive digital environment for all users, including minors. Our policies strictly prohibit any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and related harmful content. This policy applies to all users and content shared through our platform.

 

  1. Our Commitment to Child Safety

 

Zonzon does not tolerate any content, behavior, or activity that involves or promotes CSAE, including but not limited to:

 

  • ​ The creation, sharing, or distribution of explicit content involving minors.

 

  • ​ Any attempt to exploit, harm, or endanger children in any form.

 

  • ​ Grooming, inappropriate interactions, or any form of predatory behavior toward minors.

 

  • ​ The use of Zonzon’s platform to facilitate or promote CSAE-related content or activities.

 

  1. Reporting & Enforcement

 

We take all reports of CSAE seriously. If we identify or receive reports of any violations, we will:

 

  • ​ Immediately remove offending content.

 

  • ​ Suspend or ban accounts engaging in CSAE-related behavior.

 

  • ​ Report violations to relevant law enforcement and child protection organizations as required by law.

 

How to Report a Violation:

 

Users can report violations directly through the Zonzon app via the “Feedback @ Support” link or by contacting our Trust & Safety Team at support@zonzon.co

 

  1. Content Moderation

 

  • ​ Zonzon employs content moderation and proactive monitoring to detect and prevent harmful content. Our moderation team reviews reports and takes appropriate action against violations to maintain a safe community.

 

  1. Compliance & Cooperation

 

Zonzon complies with all applicable child protection laws and works closely with organizations that combat CSAE, including law enforcement agencies, NCMEC (National Center for Missing

  • Exploited Children), and other regulatory bodies.
