Luxurious living is in style at the Prana Apartment Homes in the City of Lafayette, CO. Managed by CONAM Management Corporation, the amazing team includes: Manager Jennifer Brown, leasing manager Amy Grivetti and Regional Manger Mia Murray CAPS. Samuel Pilli at Zonzon Inc. was joined by Kevin Wilson of SERVPRO of Northern Colorado Springs / Tri-Lakes to host a fun and engaging pool party for their residents. About 100 people turned out for the indoor/outdoor party in their junior Olympic-size swimming pool. The weather was hot – the pool was cold and the experience of so many people having a great time was thrilling. Amy had the place beautifully decorated in a beach theme with a lei for each guest.
One resident showcased their talent by providing free hair highlights for the children and another played summer-themed music. Attendees even had a chance to enter a raffle to win gift cards from Dutch Brothers Coffee (thank you Bryan Gumpy) and VooDoo Donut. There was a variety of food to enjoy including pizza from Jimano’s Pizzeria, we grilled hot dogs, there was fruit and vegetable trays, chips and drinks. Margaritas made the occasion even more festive as residents lounged by and swam in the pool on that perfect summer day. And we had the most epic resident belly flop!
