Summer is in full swing in Colorado Springs and there’s no better way to cool down than a pool party. That’s exactly what the residents of the Flats at Pine Cliff did on June 27th. Hosted by Zonzon Inc., Samuel Pilli and Kevin Wilson at SERVPRO of Northern Colorado Springs / Tri-Lakes and food sponsored by the amazing Louie’s Pizza! Louie’s is a huge supporter of Zonzon Inc.‘s efforts to build community and provide their delicious pizzas and out-of-this-world cheese bread. Residents had a chance to meet their new management team, Konrad Wszolczyk-Lipka, Property Manager, Jada Ireland, leasing manager and the rest of their staff. This property is overseen by Amanda Tuski – TCS, Regional Director at Avanti Residential.
This intimate, smaller gathering allowed tenants to get to know each other by sharing what they do and where they moved from. We learned that one of the young woman is a welder. How cool is that? Another resident is studying to be a linguist. Everyone enjoyed the great food, a game of Kahoot! and a chance to win prizes sponsored by Bryan Gumpy of Dutch Bros Coffee. To get things started – We awarded one winner, the first splash in the pool, a gift card from Dutch Bros.
